One of the leading ICT Distributors in the MAK region and authorized distributor of the products
from the world famous brands as Microsoft and CISCO, is seeking a dynamic and talented
product managers to join our office in Albania as well the product development team.
Working closely with customers, marketing, sales, engineering and customer services,

you will be responsible for developing and executing the product strategy and launch plans

 necessary to achieve maximum penetration into the Albanian markets of the brands WE represent.

Product Manager CISCO (one position)
- Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product, and perform
product demos to customers
- Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals
- Deliver a monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue forecast
- Develop and/or use vendor sales tools and collateral
- Propose an overall budget to ensure success
- Brief and train the sales force at quarterly meetings
- Brief press and analysts and go on press tours
- Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing
opportunities
- Perform market assessment and document market requirements for
product positioning in Albanian market
- Perform competitive analysis and determine strategic fit of products in the
Albanian space
- Evaluate and communicate the financial impacts of potential product
features

Requirements: Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) Minimum 2 years of work experience in ICT;
Knowledge of CISCO family product range; Excellent knowledge of Albanian and English
Excellent analytical abilities- Background Information Technology/Business/

Sales/ManagementProficient in MS Office Apllications - Excellent team-building and project

management skills;Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
