Belle Air, the leading Airline in Albania, is seeking to hire new motivated staff for the finance department. The candidates should fulfill the following requirements:
GENERAL REQUIREMENETS 1. Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including the new National Accounting Principles. 2. Knowledge of Finance 5 systems. 3. Knowledge state financial regulations. 4. Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections (monthly, yearly). 5. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics. 6. Three to five years of accounting experience. 7. Advanced Knowledge of MS Office. 8. Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule 9. Capable of working indipendent or in team work. 10. Very good Communication skills. The succesful candidates will have the following responsibilities: PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Assisting in Compiling and analyzing financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.
2. Assist and Coordinate the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company’s financial systems. 3. Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness. 4. Resolve accounting discrepancies. 5. Assisting in Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports.Updating the Company with the new laws (fiscal, etc) related to the nature of company business. 6.
