JOB VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
PricewaterhouseCoopers Albania is seeking to employ for one of its clients located in Albania an
Office Manager with experience in setting up of new office and several years of experience as an
assistant or office manager.
OFFICE MANAGER
Main tasks and duties:
Day to day planning and running of the office
General administration work (correspondence,
scheduling and planning of meetings, travel
arrangements, expenses, coordination and
preparation of presentations, etc.)
Dealing with facilities management
Health and safety
Handling accounting functions (billing and
invoicing, excel spread sheets)
Coordination with vendors suppliers
Basic IT trouble shooting
Ordering of office supplies
Preparing documents as needed
Preparation, communication, coordination
and storage of data
Organisation of events
To succeed in and contribute to the company the following skills and personality traits are
essential for potential candidates:
Graduate degree or equivalent
Experience as Office Manager or Administrator
Proficiency in MS Office programs
Fluent in Albanian and English
Strong interpersonal skills, team player
Efficient administration and organisation skills
Flexible, self starter, detail oriented with strong commitment to accuracy
Multi tasking while maintaining priorities
Client focus (internal and external stakeholders)
Integrity and values
