• Prospects new and potential clients, establishes first
contacts, visits the company on site, collects the
documentation necessary, prepares financial analyses
and finalizes with a loan recommendation proposal;
• He/she is responsible for initiating new contacts
and identifying favorable lending opportunity;
• Ensures that all lending forms and documentation
are correctly completed, proper documentation is
contained in credit files (both hard and soft copy)
and data is properly entered in the Bank's Loan Information
System;
• Completes the financial analysis and finalizing the
loan proposal for final consideration of the credit
committee;
• Is responsible for monitoring of the client account, in
order to ensure that activities are in accordance with
the terms of the credit agreement;
• Is responsible for making site visits and providing
restructuring proposals when the client exhibits late
payment activities;
• Provides the clients with all products and package
services the Bank offers for Micro businesses;
• Provides the client with contact persons in the bank
and facilitates and assists him with the use the of
Bank's business desk products and services;
• Meets targets for lending and Micro packages,
credit balances, past dues, provisions and cross sell
other services. His/her performance is evaluated
by the volume of new business generated, and portfolio
quality defined by the monthly business targets.
